I learned how to not gain an unhealthy amount of weight, and have a healthy and happy baby. What I learned about what to eat when pregnant will help you to have the best possible pregnancy without gaining the usual fat that most women suffer from. This information is ease, effective, and safe.

What I want to tell you works. I have proven it works while I was pregnant. Also it worked with my clients that wanted me to teach them what to eat when pregnant.

This process is very easy to follow. Just follow these three magical principles.

1. Learn All The Good Foods That You Should Eat
There are the right type of foods that you really should consume that will provide the most nourishment for your child while not packing on the bad pregnancy fat. The right kinds of foods will not give you all that extra weight even if you consume lots of them. So what foods am I talking about? Pretty much all the foods that only contain one ingredient like: steak, chicken, veggies, fruits, rice, eggs, butter, bacon,coconut oil, avocados, and sweet potatoes.

Did you know that the fat contained in an egg yolk are really great for helping to grow your baby’s brain. Coconut oil is good for eliminating pregnancy fatigue. There are lots more of these foods.

2. Learn All The Foods That Are Unhealthy.
You need to learn what foods will cause you to gain an unhealthy amount of weight and that are also very bad for your little one. I’m sure that you already know that all the sugary snack and cakes are bad, but there are other foods to stay away from.

There are even foods marked as good for you like soy products. Soy affects your thyroid and can also disrupt your healthy hormone levels. You also need to stay away from dairy products. They are maxed out with hormones and antibiotics. Now do not be concerned about not getting enough calcium, you can get plenty of calcium from green veggies and certain nuts. Also, stay completely away from all the foods that include a long list of chemicals and preservatives.

3. Learn How To Properly Combine The Good Foods
Learning what to eat when pregnant and combining certain foods in a particular way will combat morning sickness, fatigue, and other bad pregnancy symptoms. Every meal should at least contain carbs, protein, and specific fats.
