So, you have passed the initial weeks of pregnancy now. The ovulation and fertilization process have been completed now and the growth of your baby will commence now. It is the time to reconsider your diet plan as your health means having a healthy pregnancy.

When you reach the 4th week of pregnancy, you may begin to experience some symptoms such as missed period, light cramping, poor appetite, headaches, bloating, a feeling of fullness, frequent urination, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and breast tenderness.
