This process is actually really easy to use. Just follow these three magic principles.
1. Find Out All The Good Foods You Can Eat
There are the right type of foods that you will want to consume that will provide the most nourishment for your child while not packing on the bad pregnancy fat. These foods will not pack on extra weight even if you consume allot of them. What are the best foods to eat? Mostly foods that only contain one ingredient like: chicken, steak, fruits, veggies, eggs, rice, butter, bacon,coconut oil, avocados, and sweet potatoes.

2. Find Out All The Foods That Are Unhealthy.
You need to find out what foods can cause you to gain allot of unhealthy weight and that are also not good for your baby. I’m sure that you already know that all the cakes, cookies and sugars are bad, but there are other foods to keep away from.
There are even foods labeled as healthy for you like soy milk. Soy affects your thyroid and also disrupts your normal healthy hormone levels. You also need to keep away from dairy products. They usually include with antibiotics and hormones. Now don’t worry about your calcium, you can get plenty of calcium from leafy veggies and almonds. Also, keep completely away from all the foods that contain a long list of preservatives and chemicals.
