pregnancy lower back pain

question for those of you who have lower back pain in early pregnancy?
ok so really all i want to know is for those of you who had lower back pains early (around the time you found out 2 weeks before-2months in to the pregnancy) in as much detail as you can please.
What kind of pain was it?
when did it hurt the most standing walking or sitting or all?
Where was the pain if you remember even what side (left or right) hurt the most?
and what nerve is it that was pinched?
anything else you think i might have forgotten in the whole lower back pain in early pregnancy deal.
I used to suffer from lower back pain, even before I got married. After having my first child, I joined the gym and there my instructor told me to maintain good body posture.
When you tend to have your stomach hang loose, it strains the lower-back, and it will hurt you more sitting down than standing up.
So to help with it, keep some cushion behind your back when you are sitting and try to keep your back straight, dont slouch forward.
My pain used to be dull aching sort most of the time.
However, if you have a sharp pain on the right or left or sides rather than center, it could be your kidneys complaining, as you have not taken in enough liquid.
The back ache will be dull, while a sharp pain means you need to drink up water.
Support your back at all times, and wear good low comfortable shoes if you have to stand for long periods of time and your back will thank you!
